You have 30 days from the receipt of the package to return the goods to us unopened and unused for a refund. To process the return please contact us by email at customer-service@ikoohair.com with order number. For a full refund, all goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please ship the goods back in the original box or a package with sufficient protection against transport damage. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged during transport.
Brushes & E-stylers: If the seal is broken on the outside packaging, only a 75% refund will be returned.
We reserve the right to decline the return of products.
